We are pleased to be associated with Immigration Specialists, Inc.

Handling immigration issues is all they do and they are highly effective. They are a value added feature of working with Advantage ONE Executive Search. Ask us about their services and rock bottom prices. Most Visas can be obtained for $1,000, which we split 50/50 with the client company, generally resulting in a cost of only $500. An incredible solution to finding top talent without immigration hassles and a small fee.

Owners and staff of Immigration Specialist, Inc. are non-attorneys. We do not give legal advice and do not attempt to represent foreign nationals or their employers in any way. Instead, we work as “administrative support specialists”, assisting foreign nationals, their employers and family members in obtaining certain routine employment and family based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.

In a nutshell...

We function as your "personal in-house immigration department" by overseeing and processing forms for both non-immigrant and immigrant workers and/or family members; providing a complimentary visa management system to notify the employer and foreign national of required extension of stay filings, as well as providing guidance on maintenance of DOL required public access files. Our experienced specialists liaison directly between the employer / recruiter / manager and the foreign national on matters concerning the processing and filing of all non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, which includes being readily available for related questions and/or concerns from all parties. Instructions for any necessary visa stamping appearances are also a part of our service.

Will you still need an immigration attorney?

It has been our experience that in most cases, our service can eliminate the use of an outside immigration attorney. While processing (literally) several thousand I-129's, I-129H's, ETA 9035's, ETA 750's, I-140's for our customers since 1993, we have found that the majority of employment-based processing is routine:
(1) if job offered meets the appropriate non-immigrant or immigrant requirements;
(2) if the candidate is verifiably qualified (by education and/or experience); and
(3) if the employer is verifiably sound with adequate resources to pay the offered salary.

In those cases, there should be no reason to spend additional company funds to hire an immigration attorney. Of course, if any of those items are questionable, we always recommend that an attorney be consulted.

Experience...we have it!

Our staff offers you nearly 30 years of combined experience in the field of immigration processing. In fact, most of our staff members have previously worked in immigration law firms under the direction of immigration attorneys. We also have a number of experienced immigration attorneys that we call on for those rare occasions when a question comes up that requires the assistance and advice of an attorney. And, since we are very sensitive to recognizing when legal assistance is required, if that be the case, the customer is immediately referred to a qualified immigration attorney, if they do not already have one.
